Most orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is 4-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (assembled dressers and select seating) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
To request a cancellation, please use the cancellation link on your order confirmation email. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.

This is a beautifully made chair. The swivel works well and it looks amazing in my space. Not too large (which is good for my small space) and super comfortable. The only complaint I have is that when I received the order the box was basically torn to shreds. Luckily, the chair was not damaged at all but the box was ripped open and falling apart.
